Recently, we had the honor of helping a local family who truly needed a hand. The husband, a proud military veteran, cares full-time for his wife who is battling dementia. When their heating and cooling system failed, they were left in an incredibly difficult situation—until one of our techs stepped in.
After spending time with the family and seeing their situation firsthand, the technician reached out to our owner, John, to share their story. Moved by their strength and love, John didn’t hesitate to act. He connected with our amazing distributor, Peirce-Phelps, and together they made something special happen: A brand new HVAC unit was installed in their home—completely FREE.

Installing and Presenting the New System
After our techs came out and installed the new system, they took the time to explain everything to the homeowner, including the location of the filters and a new safety feature. The furnace our team installed comes equipped with a float switch, which improves the unit’s safety by shutting off when it detects condensation buildup in the drain line to prevent flooding.
